This charter outlines the undertakings made relative to the free and open dissemination of the teaching program supports presented on this site.

• Voluntary participation
  The free availability of each teaching program via this site is only possible because of the explicit decision of Institut TELECOM Schools' author professors.
• User rights
  User rights chosen by the professor are associated with each pedagogical resource and you are advised to refer to them.
• Compliance with legislation
  Referenced resources must comply with current laws and, in particular, in terms of copyright concerning previous works: external resources, quotes, etc. used by professors must be referenced and comply with relevant copyright.
• Quality of online resources
  Each school has defined its policy in terms of the quality of pedagogical resources.
• Maintenance of pedagogical resources
  The resources presented on this site are available via links to authors' pedagogical spaces and are therefore updated as the authors see fit.
• Downloading
  The downloading of the pedagogical resources available is made as easy as possible.
