- the synchronous and full-scale (video-communication) use of ICTT
Implementation
In order to share Master's level teaching programs connected to multimedia engineering, collaboration began 5 years ago between:
- The "Universités d'Evry"
- The "Université Paris 7"
- The "université de Valenciennes"
- RENATER (National Telecommunication network for Technology Education and Research )
- The TELECOM & Management SudParis
For the past 4 years, this collaboration has taken the form of synchronous teaching programs delivered every Tuesday afternoon for 5 months (October to February).
Each of the partner institutions alternately delivers a teaching program on the Internet which lies within its field of excellence.

The training courses underway in the form of open distance-learning programs are as follows:
- DESS* TNSI (New Information System Technologies) of Valenciennes
- DESS* IDM (Computer Science Multimedia Documentary Engineering) of Evry
- DESS* ART (Application of Networks and Telematics) of Jussieu Paris 7
- Major PAM (Audiovisual and Multimedia Projects) of TELECOM & Management SudParis Evry
- Mons University in Belgium joined the group last year.
*DESS : "diplôme d'enseignement supérieur spécialisé" or post-graduate advanced degree
